PhD-Student position in Microwave Engineering

The Institute of Electrodynamics, Microwave and Circuit Engineering, 354-01 Microwave and THz Electronics of TU Wien is offering a PhD-Student position. The position is available from October 1st, 2018 or later for a period of four years, 25 hours per week.

The minimum gross salary is 1.746,60 € per month (14 times per year).

Necessary requirements: Completed Magister, Diploma, or Master studies in Telecommunications or equivalent studies in Austria or abroad.

Other qualifications: German language, advanced knowledge in microwave measurements and circuits, and Matlab. Knowledge in nonlinear modelling and/or electromagnetic field simulations is desirable. The position will be preferably given to a person without completed PhD thesis.
