PhD student in Heterogeneous catalysis

The National Bioenergy Center at NREL has an opening for a PhD student for four years. Successful candidates will design, synthesize, and screen heterogeneous catalysts for conversion of biomass-derived intermediates to high-value chemicals. The successful candidate will be able to conduct laboratory research work independently and safely. Must be a recent MSc graduate within the last five years.
