Position Description

The candidate will work on thin film solar cells, in particular film growth by RF-sputtering, thermal evaporation, spin coating, chemical bath depositon, pulsed electron deposition. Moreover he will also analyze single films and finished devices by means of atomic force microscopy, x-ray diffraction, raman, current-voltage, capacitance-voltage, admittance spectroscopy.
