Interdisciplinary research available in the development of novel antitumor peptides. The work would involve the design, synthesis and modelling of peptide or the evaluation of peptide bio-activity through tissue culture and immunology.
The successful candidate will be based within a multidisciplinary setting that enables further training in advanced physicochemical characterisation (Ellipsometry, AFM, SANS), cell culture and organic synthesis. The flexibility within this research can allow the student to develop the project; however inclination for synthesis and/or cell culture would be beneficial. The candidates are expected to have an excellent disposition, attention to detail and enthusiasm
Students with first class degree may have fully funded opportunity.
