Position Description
There is an opening for MS/PhD student position in Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Texas, San Antonio on an exiting project funded by Army dealing with both experiments and numerical simulations using LES, turbulence and wave/current interactions. I am looking for highly motivated graduate student to contribute to the project. Students must be in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or related major. A willingness to address basic-science problems in highly demanding, real-world environments is essential. Strong background in CFD, fluid mechanics, numerical simulation are required. An aptitude for experiments is preferred. Students will be expected and encouraged to publish their research.
