Cloud technologist

INFN Division of Padova is offering Junior Research Grants for programmers / systems analysts graduates in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific disciplines. They will become part of the INFN Padova Cloud group, who is involved in multiple cloud related activities in local, national and international projects.

They should have a minimal expertise in systems engineering (needed for the management of the cloud infrastructure) and most common programming languages (java, python, etc.), being part of the activity planned to develop and consolidate new cloud functionalities (such as a mechanisms for efficient scheduling in cloud infrastructures).

As part of these activities they’ll have the opportunity to confront partners both national (eg. University of Padua, other INFN Divisions) and international (eg. CERN) which are actively collaborating with our team.
