The role
You will assess and develop technology designed to provide more effective and efficient automation sterilisation process by evaluating the current ozone process used and generate new and more effective sanitisation & automation based on both chemical photochemistry understanding and practical experimentation.
What we are looking for
• Minimum MSc Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience e.g. analytical chemical research, significant research and development in science (PHOTOCHEMISTRY, physics and chemistry ideally) and mechatronics (instrumentation, controls and automation ideally)
Knowledge/experince within:
– PHOTOCHEMISTRY and free radical chemistry of OZONE
– Further sanitisation/sterilisation or decontamination
– Multi-input/output controls with recipes based approaches
– Proven proficiency in at least one high level PLC programming language
