PhD Programme in International Studies

The PhD Programme in International Studies focuses on the study of complex international phenomena, which often prove comprehensible only when analysed with the support of various, interconnected disciplines.
The Call 2020-21 is for 6 scholarships, funded as follows:
– n. 5 by the University of Trento
– n. 1 by the National Research Council (CNR) in memory of Antonio Megalizzi tied to: ”The European Union: integration processes, enlargement and international role”

The doctoral Programme will focus on the following themes:
– International Politics and International Security;
– European Studies and Integration Process;
– Economics, Law and History of Global Interdependence.

The PhD scholarship is awarded for three years (€13,638.47 per year), subject to satisfactory progress. No tuition fees are charged.
