Funded PhD position in optical and photoacoutic imaging – Immediate fill

There is a PhD position just opened up in OPIRA lab and it needs to be filled VERY immediately.

Applicants who have a strong background in instrumentation / electronics, optical/ultrasound imaging, and signal/image processing are highly encouraged to apply.

The project is to study skin and brain diseases using optical and photoacoustic imaging modality. This is an interdisciplinary project and a collaboration between Biomedical Engineering Department, Neurology and Dermatology Departments of Engineering School and Medical School at Wayne State University.
